Hi. I'm Catherine Rocheleau. Founder of the Impact Catalysts Circle.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles, or worked in situations where I didn't have colleagues close by. I realized that I didn't have the same workplace camaraderie that many of my friends did.
I looked to memberships in associations, mastermind groups and volunteer roles for the support, idea generation and sharing that would make my job fulfilling and less isolating.
I have heard from many of my clients that they too look outside of the workplace for support, learning and camaraderie as a leader. Now I've identified some of the factors that were asked for, and pulled them into this new membership program.

Do you host events in person or virtually?
At this time, we will only be hosting events virtually. You will want to be able to access our online meeting room via zoom. We will look to possibly host in-person events in the future.
Who is eligible for Membership?
We welcome members from any location, any sector, any mid- to senior leadership position. If you are working in, or passionate about social & environmental impact, this group is right for you.
At this time, ICC not a membership program for new leaders.
Is the Membership always open to new Members?
Yes. We have an evolving membership year.
We will create a waitlist if, and when, the group necessitates a hold on expansion.
Will Impact Catalysts Circle Help my career?
Research has proven that leaders who have a strong network, embrace life-long learning and have a positive mindset will reap the benefits in their career & life.
Can I change my membership type at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your membership from regular to Platinum at the start of your next membership date (i.e. if you joined on Sept 5 and want to change later that month, your membership level will change on Oct 5 with the payment of the difference between the two membership fees.)
If you want to downgrade your membership level, you can do this at the beginning of your next renewal date.
I'm an entrepreneur. Is Impact Catalysts right for me?
Yes, if you have been in business for 5+ years or 3+ years and lead a team with plans to grow and evolve, then ICC is a good fit for you.
Is there an application process?
No, we have made joining as simple as possible. Just click on the "Join Us" button, choose your membership level (regular or platinum) and frequency of payment, pay and your in!
Why are there two different purchase buttons?
We are located in Canada and serve a global client base. As part of our values, we believe that if you are located in Canada and paying using a Canadian bank account or credit card, then you should have the option to pay in Canadian dollars.
Canadians will pay the same price as international members, just in different currencies. Canadians will also be charged GST/HST as applicable. It’s our way of supporting Canadians while serving the global community.
What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
As a new member, we have a 30-day guarantee in place. If you participate fully and do not feel you receive the value, then you can apply in writing to have your money refunded.
After the 30-day guarantee ends, you are committed for the term you have paid for. We know that you will get the value you're looking for! If you want to cancel at the end of your subscription, just submit a written request and we be sad to say good-bye.
No refunds will be provided for any paid portion of membership.
