Why am I doing a Referral Challenge?

After a long medical sabbatical I have recently returned to work. I have been connecting with people in my network, only to learn things have changed for all of us. Now I am ready to expand my reach.

My coach recommended I challenge myself through a referral challenge to help me meet my visibility goal.

What is a Referral Challenge?

I am challenging myself to GIFT 30 Leadership Breakthrough Sessions in the next 30 days.

As I mentioned in the Ask Party hosted by Deb Drummond, this is "my ask" of people in my communities. It is a goal I have set for myself and my business.

Why? One of my major goals for 2026 is to build greater visibility and connection in the coming year. After an extended medical sabbatical this is a vital part of my return to business.

What this Referral Challenge is NOT?

I’m normally not one to ask for help, but I could really use your support. Therefore, I want you to know that this is NOT an ask to have sales conversations with your clients, colleagues or friends.

This is a pure give. I’ll be coaching on one leadership challenge or skill. I also have a leadership gift I'll share too.
