As a leader and entrepreneur and course creator, I have had a pretty successful career in many different roles and sectors. About 7 years ago I came face to face with the first of three serious situations that really tested my ability to be resilient. Two health-related issues that each sidelined my ability to work for over two years each. Between the two, the pandemic brought it's own challenges for all of us, and adding another obstacle to navigate. Altogether, these issues presented a true test of my resiliency, personally and professionally.
I'm happy to say I've come through the worst. It has been a long journey, yet I believe I am now a better person, leader and business owner for it!
My role as a Coach & Consultant has positioned me to guide other leaders and business owners through challenging change situations including losing their job, declining business revenues, unengaged teams, and facing situations that were unexpected and had a high risk of failure.
We worked together to create plans and tactics for these scenarios, so they could walk their own path. At the same time they built their confidence, clarity, understanding of "what is" and "what could be" and of course, their resiliency.
From my learning, observations and experience with clients, I have identified key factors that are necessary to enhance your resiliency as a leader, so life's hard knocks don't knock you down. I am proud to share it with you in "The Resilient Leader".
