As your host, I am honoured and excited that you have chosen to accept the invitation to attend my up-coming Winning Connections & Conversations Roundtable.

Winning Connections & Conversations (WCC) is an exclusive, by-invitation-only mastermind style event for business owners, leaders, and professionals in established businesses. And because we meet virtually, there is no geographic boundary.

If you're not familiar with a mastermind, the concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success, and described in more detail in his 1937 book Think and Grow Rich.

Hill describes the Mastermind Principle as:

My goal is to bring business leaders from diverse sectors and regions together to:

1.  Connect

2.  Engage in conversation on top-of-mind topics

3.  Brainstorm, Share, and Learn.

Other participants may include business owners and leaders in small and medium sized businesses, and professionals. It is my intention that collectively we will enjoy the different experiences and perspectives each person brings to the table.

I strongly believe this diversity makes us stronger as business leaders. Diversity in age, gender, roles, sectors and thought lead to inspiring and engaging conversations which lead to radical results! I hope you also feel the same.

Although diverse, we all have many commonalities. We work in established businesses (i.e. 5 yrs or more), hold a leadership role in the business we work, and in some way we want to make a positive impact in and through our business. In addition, we share a common desire to learn, share and find solutions to make a difference while we also create a positive experience for everyone during the event.
