Compass Circle is a virtual peer group coaching engagement for professionals and service-based business owners five or more years in, who are growing, changing direction, or simply tired of making every call by themselves. Inside, you’ll find peers who’ll tell you the truth, a rhythm that keeps your goals from slipping, and a clear heading, with Catherine Rocheleau, MBA, VMP.

No-commitment application.
Founding-member rate for the first five members.

Compass Circle group coaching is for you if:

  • You’ve run your practice or service-based business for five years or more, and the survival questions are behind you.
  • You’re growing, or shifting direction, and the next move isn’t obvious.
  • The people around you either don’t run a business or won’t tell you the truth about yours.
  • You’re tired of being the only one in the room who’s expected to have the answer.

It’s not the right fit if you’re in your first few years in business, or looking for a ready-made system to follow.

Five years in, you can outwork almost any problem. That’s exactly the trap. Effort becomes the default answer, and your direction gets set by whatever is loudest this week.

Compass Circle works the other way around. Get clear on where you’re going and why, and the action follows: focused, sequenced, and yours. Every session, every 1:1, and every Goal Mapping cycle is built to keep that clarity in front of you.

A compass draws its circle from one fixed point. The centre holds while the radius opens. That’s how this group works.

Compass Circle isn’t a cohort. There’s no single start date where everyone begins and ends together. You join when you’re ready, commit to three or six months, and your term runs from the day you start. As new members arrive and others complete their commitment, the circle widens. Fresh perspective comes in, and the core stays steady.

What never moves is the centre: your goals, a reliable rhythm, and a group of no more than 12 peers who have also been at this for years. A coach sees your business from the outside. Peers who run their own see your blind spots from the inside, and they’ll say so.

Your onboarding call. A 30-minute conversation with Catherine to set your first goals before you step into the circle.

Circle sessions, twice a month. Up to 90 minutes live online group coaching, in weeks one and three. The agenda is shaped by what members bring: the decision you’re weighing, the client you’re rethinking, the offer that isn’t landing.
Your monthly 1:1. Thirty minutes with Catherine, every month, on whatever matters most to you.

Quarterly Goal Mapping. A recorded group session where you set your goals, action steps, and milestones for the quarter ahead.

Guest and teaching sessions. When a theme keeps surfacing in the group, Catherine brings in a focused session or a guest who knows the terrain.

The Toolbox. Recordings of every circle and Goal Mapping session, plus tools and resources curated to what members actually need.

Three months or six. Your term, your pace.

Three months gives you one full Goal Mapping cycle and the momentum that comes with it. Six months gives you two, enough time for a real change in direction to take hold. Either way, you can renew or extend at any time. Pay in full, or choose a payment plan.

Founding circle

Every circle starts with its first line. The first five members join at a founding-member rate for their full term. It’s a thank-you for helping set the tone the rest of the circle will grow from.

Catherine Rocheleau, MBA, VMP, is an award-winning executive coach, author, and international speaker, and the founder of Ignite Leadership International®. She works with leaders and business owners at the moments that change the trajectory of their work, and she built the SPARK™ framework to turn clarity into sustained action.

Her view is simple: the quality of the thinking relationship shapes the quality of the outcome. Compass Circle group coaching is built to give you a room full of those relationships.

In Catherine’s own words,

“I once knew I wanted to grow my company but couldn’t see how, given what I was offering clients. In a coaching group, between my coach and my peers’ perspectives, a new model took shape. That was a turning point, and part of why my business has lasted 30 years. Compass Circle is that room, for you.”

The people in the room are part of what you’re investing in, so every member is chosen with care. Here’s how it works.

  1. Apply. A short application, with no commitment. Tell Catherine where your business is and where you want it to go.
  2. Catherine reviews your application herself. If anything needs filling in, she’ll reach out before you talk.
  3. Your review call. A two-way conversation about your goals, your questions, and whether the circle is right for you. If it is, Catherine walks you through the investment and the member agreement.
  4. Decide in your own time. If you’re in, you’ll get a private link to confirm your agreement and choose to pay in full or use a payment plan. Your on boarding call comes next.
Is this a cohort?

No. Membership is open: you join when you’re ready, and your three- or six-month term runs from your own start date.

How big is the group?

Never more than 12. That keeps every session substantial while leaving room for everyone to be heard.

When do sessions run?

Members join from different time zones, so every invitation includes a time zone converter link to check your local time.

What if it turns out not to be right for me?

You have 14 days from your start date to change your mind and receive a refund, less an admin fee. After that, your commitment runs to the end of your term, which is what lets the circle rely on you.

What if I miss a session?

Every group coaching circle and Goal Mapping session is recorded and saved in the Toolbox.

Do I need a team?

No. Solo practitioners are welcome. What matters is five or more years in business and a real appetite to move forward.

What does it cost?

Catherine shares the investment on your review call, once you both know the circle fits. Pay in full, or choose a payment plan.

What if the review call shows it isn’t a fit?

Catherine will say so plainly and talk through the next steps that would serve you better. The application is no-commitment on both sides.

Submitting an application doesn’t bind you to joining because its important that you understand what you’re joining. Bring your questions to the review call
